Why Submit a Review?

New digital products come out every day on the internet specifically engineered for one single purpose: to make money. Most of these products have little value, a small amount of actual necessary content and they just don't deliver. They come equipped with websites which scream out their inflamed promises and guarantees and get the reader so excited about this too-good-to-be-true product that they end up buying right away. Most of their so-called testimonials are falsified (don't believe everything you read!) and their sales pages are so well written for marketing purposes that they end up reeling in the most skeptical people.

On top of that, these products are then marketed by larger online companies which have vast numbers of websites. The webmasters which add these products to their websites in the form of text ads and banner ads do not really care about the actual value of the product. They care about two things: conversion rates and commission. Those products with the best sales pages have the highest conversion rates and give them the most money. These products are sold on an affiliate basis. When the webmaster sends them a customer who makes a purchase, that webmaster makes a commission, usually 50% or more for a digital product. Therefore, these websites care very little about the product they are actually promoting.

So how are we, the customers, supposed to know if these online digital products are actually worth anything? Currently, there are very few websites which will give real reviews. Why? Because if these products get bad reviews, those websites won't make any money. They won't send any new customers to these sales pages. This is why we decided to create DownloadReviews.Org. We need to have a place where people can make reviews. How will we make money? Advertising and from those products which actually get rave reviews....people may decide to visit them from here.

There are many products which actually deserve good reviews. Unfortunately there are so many bad ones giving online buyers horrible experiences, and it is the valuable resources and products which suffer from it. Now it becomes a matter of weeding out the bad products from the good ones, and you can't tell from their sales pages. The only way you are going to find out is if you read reviews from actual customers who were lucky enough – or unlucky enough – to have purchased the products.

If you have purchased a digital product recently (such as an ebook, software or online membership), write a review on it! Most people tend to leave reviews on negative experiences, but we do need people to leave positive reviews as well. People need to know which items in each category are ones which can be trusted and purchased, and which ones to avoid. If we are not listing the item you would like to review, submit it and we will let you know when it is listed so that you can review it. We need as many reviews as we can get. It is important for people to stop getting scammed!
